I’m extremely satisfied with APRN Kelly abd all the folks at the Pace location (Clearway). They always call me back on time for all my appointments and are very thorough! Much better than the Marketplace location, which is always over crowded and running behind for every appointment. Great location if you’re into moving from Marketplace!!!

Doctors and staff are professional and treat you with respect and do a great job. My MILD procedure went well but 2 days later I experiencedi severe pain in my legs. I tried to contact Clearway doctors and couldn’t. The phone number on their post contact information sheet went into their office and never to someone that can help you after a procedure. I will not have another procedure unless I have good emergency contact info.

Usually a fast visit with a courteous provider. I have had a couple of smarty pants women providers who were very rude for no reason during the visits. I never make another appt with those rude PAs.

My whole year was a waste as shots didn't help one bit at any time as I tried to tell all . I have been getting service in the last month thru thearpy. I still hurt so.e but am better. Hope to be pain free by Feb or soon after. Massage Is the main thing helping.

By law, unless you are lucky enough to find a local " mom & pop" pain MD, for anything other than short term pain medication you are now forced to deal with one of these large corporate pain institutes. As corporate entities they depersonalize the physician patient relationship. Having said that this one is better than most. You cannot actually talk to your MD other than during scheduled visits but you can email within the corporate portal and get a response from MD or PA fairly quickly.

Was a follow up after a procedure. No waiting. Seen right away. Told the nurse practitioner that the procedure didn't really help with my back. Waiting for another appointment with the doctor.
