TEEN Mom star Kailyn Lowry’s new boyfriend has been revealed as her neighbor Elijah Scott after her ex claimed the boy toy has already moved into her Delaware mansion.
The Sun can exclusively confirm Kailyn, 30, is dating her 23-year-old Harley, Delaware neighbor Elijah.

Elijah is in the Army and has previously lived in Virginia and Hawaii, as he now resides in Delaware.
According to property records, Elijah bought a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home for $280,000 on December 2, 2021.
The modest home is just feet away from Kailyn’s nearly $1million mansion that she built and officially moved into in January 2022.
Elijah’s house was listed for rent just two weeks ago.

Teen Mom Chatter Instagram page was the first to break Kailyn’s new boyfriend.
Wawamelen Instagram page also obtained photos of Elijah’s car parked outside Kailyn’s mansion.
The Sun can also confirm Elijah has been divorced before.
According to online records, Elijah filed for divorce from his wife in April 2021, as their divorce was officially finalized in June of that same year.

Kailyn’s ex and baby daddy Chris Lopez revealed her new man is now living with her on his podcast P.T.S.D.
He said: “Recently I had to pull my kid’s mom to the side and be like, ‘Yo, there is no reason my four-year-old should be telling me about every dude you sleeping with.’
“He was just telling me about this last dude and now he telling me about the new dude. They told me the dude lives with her. I can’t control what you do.”
SPLIT FROM MALIK
The whirlwind romance comes after The Sun exclusively revealed Kailyn’s secret ex-boyfriend Malik Montgomery.
The bombshell was exposed when Kailyn sued her co-star Briana DeJesus, 27, for defamation in June.
Briana claimed the star “physically beat” her baby daddy Chris, who is the father of Kailyn's two youngest children Lux, 4, and Creed, 1.
Briana claimed in court papers that her co-star didn’t appear on an episode of Teen Mom 2 last season because she didn’t want to discuss the offensive touching arrest, which was later dropped, on camera.
The mom of four hit back that she refused to film because she wanted to keep a romantic relationship private.
In Kailyn’s February 17 court deposition obtained by The Sun, the mother of four revealed her secret boyfriend to be Malik.
She said in her deposition: “I refused to film about a person I was dating. His name is Malik Montgomery.
“I have had several relationships on the show fail and, also, just trolls becoming involved in my relationship had led me to not want to have any type of public relationship.”
A source told The Sun of their romance over the summer: "He’s her boyfriend of over a year. He helps her with everything, including helping her with the kids.
“She doesn’t want the public to know about him.”
Malik has been in Kailyn’s life for a while, as he posted a photo with her in a bar back in January 2019.
The two have also been photographed in group photos over the years.
'IT WAS A ROLLER COASTER'
Kailyn commented frequently on his photos through the years, as she most recently wrote on March 10, “So exciting!! Congratulations” when he bought a new car.
They then stopped following each other on social media.
Malik posted a video on March 13 where he revealed he is single.
He said: “I’m single now. I was in a relationship with somebody for an extended period of time. There were a lot of ups and downs. It was a f**king rollercoaster. Going into this year I feel like I’ve been working on myself so much to be the best version of myself.
“It’s so unexpected. You can do everything for somebody. Be the best person for yourself and give your best effort to somebody. But if somebody is not for you none of the s**t you do is going to matter ever.
“You can’t keep giving somebody more of the stuff they already don’t appreciate. You can’t expect them to love you if they can’t love you the way you want to be loved.
“It took a long time to get to this point and realize that s**t is important. What you want for you is important. It took a long time to get here.”
He continued: “I held my peace for so long on a lot of things. I don’t want to live like that anymore. I don’t want to be in the shadows anymore. I’m a man. I’m Malik.
“I’ve been quiet for so long and finally I’m at a point where I can talk about it and vent through it and work through it.”
Malik posted on social media of Kailyn’s new boyfriend: “Played me for the kid. Thrive on girl.”

Kailyn then turned to Twitter to fire: “Why would I ever want to talk to someone new at this point? Lol.
“The amount of backstabbing I go through & people who hate me justify it & im always the problem.
