Why can't I log into PointClickCare? ›

If you can't login, see your agency Home Care system administrator or IT department to make sure this is not security issue. To speak to our customer support, call 877-722-2431 during regular hours: 8am - 7pm Eastern, Monday - Friday. Support only supports users who are trained on the application.

Changing Your Password

Remember, PointClickCare does not set or reset passwords. If you have a question about your password, contact your system administrator. If you cannot login to PointClickCare from your personal device or from a computer outside your facility or community, also contact your system administrator.

Log Into PCC SecureConnect

Note that the prefix is https, not http. Then, enter your PCC username and password. Open the Authy app on your smartphone and tap on the PCC SecureConnect account. Use the six-digit security code on your Authy screen to finish logging into PCC SecureConnect on your computer.

Try clearing your Internet browser's cookies and cache and then try to log in again. If you still have issues with signing in, contact Technical Support Team.

Opening POS: Log in using an email and password

Enter your email address. Enter your staff account password you used when you first accessed your account. If you've forgotten the staff password, you can reset your password using the forgotten password link.

If you're using a smartphone or tablet, make sure your device isn't changing the cases of your letters or inserting extra characters as you type. You've changed your password recently. Account changes should be updated within 20 minutes. You haven't registered for classes yet.

Why can't I log in? If you cannot connect to your school or organization, the problem could be: Your school or organization turned off access to Brightspace Pulse. You entered your ID or password incorrectly or all caps are on (login credentials are case-sensitive).

First, try logging into your account on our website using the same credentials to see if that works. If not, then we recommend resetting your password. You should be able to reset your password by tapping the "Forgot password?" link on the log in page or by visiting this webpage here.

If you are unable to access your courses on Learn@Seneca (Blackboard), make sure that you have paid any outstanding fees and that you have set up multi-factor authentication. Learn what to do if you can't access your courses in Blackboard. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

If you have trouble signing in, you can click on the "Can't access your account?" link under the sign-in button for assistance. You may also need to verify your identity using your phone number, alternate email address, or security questions to regain access to your account.
