A 19-year-old man and 18-year-old woman were booked Saturday for suspicion of 10 counts each of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after a party that was attended by dozens of juveniles who were drinking was broken up by deputies, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report.

Deputies arrived to the party along with the Carson City Fire Department, according to the report. First responders on scene advised that multiple juveniles were drinking and some were throwing up on the sidewalk. Fire department personnel escorted several juveniles to hospital, including one who was found in the backyard shivering and passed out on the ground.

Officers learned that one of the suspects, an 18-year-old female, threw the party. When deputies arrived there were a minimum of 60 juveniles running over a four-block radius from her house party. Carson City patrol deputies who stopped the juveniles within that radius learned they were all minors and under the influence of alcohol, the arrest report states.

A minimum of 10 juveniles were cited on scene and at least 20 juveniles were released to their parents with no citations, the report states.

The female who threw the party was inside a room in the residence, hiding from law enforcement, with several other juveniles. She was arrested. The second suspect, a 19-year-old male, was found outside the residence. He was also arrested and taken to jail. Bail: $637 each.

According to the booking report, officers were dispatched to a residence regarding a juvenile problem and spoke with a person who said he has parental rights over his 13-year-old niece and that he caught her out with the 26-year-old male.

The guardian stated he followed the girl when she left the residence to go for a walk, lost sight of her, but that a family member called to him, claiming they saw the girl and the suspect's vehicle driving north on Woodside Drive with the girl in the right front passenger seat.

A family member called CCSO at the urging of the guardian. The suspect was later located and booked for suspicion of felony removing a child without parental consent, and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor and for violation of a suspended sentence. Bail: $6,637.

During the investigation, CCSO learned the man had a AK 47 and other weapons in the residence. Due to the situation, and the number of independent witnesses, Carson City SWAT was called to assist and the street was closed.

Officers made several commands for the man to exit the home. He was detained at 10:04 p.m. and taken into custody. He was read his Miranda warning and said he did not want to talk.
